We’re experienced.
Co-owners, Jon and Adam, have both been working in construction since their early teen years. They each ran successful companies apart from one another and decided to partner and incorporate into one company in 2006. Over the years, there isn’t much they haven’t seen. Our guys have been expertly trained under both Jon and Adam to be able to project manage effectively.
We’re licensed and insured.
It might be easy to find a contractor these days but are they licensed and fully insured? If you aren’t sure, ask! Once a contractor is working on your property, YOU could become liable if there is a problem. We carry a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy and a workers’ compensation policy for both yours and our peace of mind. Most other contractors have much less coverage or none at all.
We’re OSHA certified.
You might have heard the acronym “OSHA” before and wonder what it means. OSHA stands for Occupational Safety and Health Administration. They essentially regulate how we work and to make sure we’re working safely. Seaberg Construction takes every precaution to keep our crews, employees and homeowners safe.
We have Project Managers.
What should you expect the morning your home improvement project starts? You can expect a Project Manager in a Seaberg Construction branded truck and highly visible t-shirt to greet you to answer any questions you may have.
We offer a 10 year Workmanship Warranty.
Seaberg Construction stands behind our workmanship. You can rest easy knowing that in the first 10 years if something fails due to a faulty installation, we will fix it at no cost to you. A ten year Workmanship Warranty is excessive in the sense that if something was installed incorrectly for any reason, someone would know either immediately or shortly after. This is a testament to our integrity. We have the confidence in our crews to be able to offer a 10 year Workmanship Warranty. Most contractors offer a 1 year Workmanship Warranty.
We offer financing.
Financing has never been easier. Seaberg Construction will come out to your home to walk you through the financing application to see if you qualify. Most contractors do not offer this service and expect you to go through your local bank.
We offer competitive pricing.
Our estimates are fair, honest and tailored to your project. We’re upfront about every unforeseen circumstance and potential additional costs. It’s important to us that you know exactly what you’re paying for. We might not be the cheapest contractor but in this industry especially, you will definitely get what you pay for.
We’re everywhere.
What we mean by this is, we have an online presence where you can check out our reviews from people like you. We have a detailed and established website packed with information at your fingertips. We’re involved in our local community with organizations such as RI Community Food Bank, Adoption RI, North Providence Little League and DOT Adopt-a-spot. The point is, we’re not going anywhere. We’re here if and when you need us, before or after your project.
